Welcome to Cauldron CSR (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website www.cauldron.technology (the “Site”) and the services we offer through it. By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Cauldron CSR offers specific digital services, which may include, but are not limited to, development, configuration, installation, and custom solutions for your business needs (the “Services”). Details of the Services, including the estimated delivery date, final delivery date, and general conditions, will be provided in a formal proposal/agreement sent to you after you express interest.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment Structure: You are required to make a 50% advance payment when accepting our proposal/agreement. The remaining 50% is due within 48 hours after the Services are delivered and accepted.

  • Payment Methods: We process payments through Stripe (https://stripe.com), allowing you to use credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Once the service scope is defined and the price is agreed upon, we will send you a payment link via Stripe, where you can select your preferred payment method.

  • Advance Payment as Acceptance: The payment of the 50% advance will be considered as your acceptance of our proposal, the scope of the Services to be rendered, and these Terms and Conditions.

 

3. Customer Obligations

You are required to provide all necessary information, access, and cooperation needed for us to deliver the Services as agreed. Failure to provide the required information may result in delays or termination of the Service, and no refunds will be provided.

4. Changes to the Scope of Service

  • Requesting Changes: If you wish to alter the scope of the Services after the initial payment, you must submit a change request via email to projects@cauldron.productions at least 48 hours before the agreed delivery time for the original Services.

  • Acceptance of Change Requests: We reserve the right to accept or decline any change request. If accepted, a new proposal detailing the revised scope, additional costs, and new delivery timeline will be sent to you. Services will only proceed with the new scope after this proposal is accepted and the additional payment is made.

  • Price Adjustments: Any change to the original scope will result in a price adjustment. The new price will be communicated in the revised proposal.

 

5. Service Delivery

Once all required information is provided and the initial payment is made, we will proceed with the delivery of the Services as per the agreed timeline. You will have 48 hours to review and accept the Services upon delivery. The final 50% payment is due within 48 hours of acceptance.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the delivered Services, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the Services have been fully paid for. You must provide a written, signed statement explaining the reasons for your dissatisfaction via email.

  • Refund Process: If your refund request is accepted, we will refund 100% of the amount paid, minus transaction fees, taxes, and operational fees, within 30 days of receiving your refund request.

  • Service Cancellation: If the final 50% payment is not made within 48 hours of Service delivery, we reserve the right to terminate or cancel the Service without any refund.
     

7. Exchanges

  • Service Exchanges: Exchanges for other Services are not permitted. Each Service is customized to meet the specific needs of the client as outlined in the proposal/agreement.

9. Legal Compliance

This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil. We comply with all applicable Brazilian e-commerce regulations, including consumer protection laws.

 

10. Updates to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site and our Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
