How does it work

1

PURCHASE PROCESSING CREDITS

Choose between 40 or 60 credits. Payments are securely handled via Stripe. Specify the email address that will send/forward the resumes (e.g., your company's HR email, not your personal email). This will link your credits and processed resumes to your account.

Resume processing
  • How do I start using the Automated Resume Processing service?
To get started, simply purchase credits. You can select a package of 40 or 60 credits and complete your payment securely through Stripe. During checkout, you’ll specify an email address for sending resumes, which is essential for the service to operate.
  • How does the credit system work?
Each attachment processed uses 1 credit. For instance, an email with 1 attachment uses 1 credit, while an email with 5 attachments uses 5 credits. Note that emails without attachments or attachments that are not resumes also consume 1 credit, recorded as a failed attempt.
  • What additional information do I need to provide during purchase?
During purchase, you’ll need to specify the designated email address for sending resumes. This address is essential, as it will be used to create and link your account for resume processing and it cannot be changed once submitted.
  • What happens after I purchase credits?
After purchasing credits, you’ll receive a notification confirming the purchase, detailing the credits purchased and the designated email address for resume submissions. An additional email will also be sent directly to the designated email address with all the necessary information to start processing resumes. This includes the total credits purchased, remaining credits, the designated email address, and a secure link to your shared Google Sheet where processed resume data is stored. This process is designed to enhance security: only individuals with access to the designated email address can access the Google Sheet link, ensuring that sensitive resume data remains protected and viewable only by authorized users.
  • What file formats are accepted for resume processing?
The system currently supports PDF and DOC/DOCX formats for processing resumes. You can even mix formats within the same email—no need to send all attachments in a single format. Just ensure each resume is either in PDF, DOC or DOCX format to guarantee successful processing and avoid credit charges for failed attempts.
  • How quickly are resumes processed?
Processing begins a few minutes after receiving the email. Each resume is processed promptly, depending on the queue and the number of attachments. You will see the results in the shared Google Sheet.
  • Where is the processed resume data stored?
The processed data is automatically stored in a Google Sheet, accessible only to you and the automated system initially. You can use it to track all resumes processed, monitor purchase history and remaining credits. However, please note that anyone with the confidential link (that the system automatically provides you) will be able to access the spreadsheet, so it’s recommended to keep the link secure and share it only with trusted individuals within your organization. You can improve security even more by moving the results to a private spreadsheet as soon as you finish a processing batch, thus minimizing exposure. Download a sample here:
  • How do I check my remaining credits?
Your remaining credits are displayed in the Google Sheet linked to your account in a sheet called [Remaining credits]. Additionally, you’ll receive an automatic email alert when your credits drop to 5 and another email if you run out of credits.
  • What if my remaining credits run out?
If your credits run low, you can purchase additional credits anytime. The newly purchased credits will be added directly to the remaining balance associated with your designated resume-sending email. You'll also receive an email reminder when you have only 5 credits left and another if you run out of credits.
  • Can I change the designated email address for sending resumes after purchase?
For security purposes, the designated email address for sending resumes cannot be changed once set during credits purchase. However, you can purchase credits for multiple designated email addresses if you need to manage resumes from different departments or teams.
  • Is my data safe and confidential?
Absolutely. All resume information is treated as confidential. Resumes are processed exclusively by automated systems without human intervention. We do not share or distribute any data in any form, ensuring complete data privacy and security. It is important to understand that anyone with the confidential link (that the system automatically provides you) will be able to access the spreadsheet, so it’s recommended to keep the link secure and share it only with trusted individuals within your organization. You can improve security even more by moving the results to a private spreadsheet as soon as you finish a processing batch, thus minimizing exposure.
